Be good to yourself for the rest of your life.

From birth to death, we all experience life alone. We cannot refuse any unexpected events in life, nor can we force the things we don't want to happen to us.

Recently, we've seen an increasing number of young people committing suicide due to depression in the news. 2020 has been particularly turbulent, with the pandemic, floods, bus accidents, and more—anything is possible. We are fortunate to still be alive.

Life is fragile; we must cherish it! In fact, only in the face of illness are all people equal. Money can prolong life, but the pain is equally unbearable for everyone.

We should cherish our own lives; they cannot be controlled by others. Only what we can hold in our own hands truly belongs to us!

Be good to yourselves, friends!

The news of the missing female college student has touched our hearts. Travel is for relaxation, not for disappearing. Life is only once; no one can replicate it. For everyone, death is simply the completion of a life, whether long or short. But what remains is the indelible pain for loved ones.

As the saying goes: when learning to love others, learn to love yourself first. If you don't even love yourself, how can you have time to love others?

As human beings, please treat yourself well for the rest of your life!
